Creating Links for Off-Campus Access to Library Resources


Ovid articles often have both permalinks and DOIs. The preferred method for linking to these articles is using their provided permalinks. In rare instances, these permalinks may not work work as expected. In this case we recommend you link to the article via our Citation Linker option.

Linking with an OVID Permalink

  1. Click Email Jumpstart on the right hand side of the page under tools. 
  2. Copy the the Jumpstart URL that appears. 
  3. Paste this link into the proxy link generator.
