Linking to E-Journals and E-Books

All library resource links need to be updated to replace the previous proxy prefix, https://proxy.kumc.edu, to our new proxy prefix, https://kumc.idm.oclc.org

Next Steps:

• If you have library resources saved as browser bookmarks you can use the proxy link generator on this page to update those.
• If you link to library resources in your courses, refer to our guide on Linking to E-Journals and E-Books to update those.
• If you use Endnote, update your EndNote authentication URL to include our new Proxy Prefix.

Troubleshooting:

• If you have any problems accessing a library resource, first try to clear your cookies and cache and then restart your browser.

This form will create links to content in the Dykes Library collection that will work for KUMC Affiliates when on-campus or off-campus. You do not need to use this for content that is freely available or links that already begin with https://kumc.idm.oclc.org. This generator will update links that contain our previous proxy prefix (proxy.kumc.edu).
